About Us

Care that meets you where you are — literally.

Stride Rehab was built around one idea: physiotherapy works best when it fits into your life, not the other way around. We bring the clinic to you.

Our story

Why mobile, why now

Traditional physiotherapy asks you to come to it — book time off, arrange transport, sit in a waiting room. For a lot of people across Southeast Queensland — people managing a disability, recovering from a workplace injury, or simply juggling a full life — that's the hardest part of getting care at all.

Stride Rehab flips that around. Our physiotherapists travel to your home, workplace, or care facility with everything they need for hands-on, one-on-one treatment — so the only thing you need to focus on is your recovery.

  • One-on-one sessions, never rushed, always goal-driven
  • Works across NDIS, Support at Home, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA and private funding
  • Clear communication back to you, your family, and your referrer

What we value

The way we work

Person first

Every plan starts with your goals, not a standard protocol. We treat the person, not just the injury.

Straightforward

No jargon, no upselling. We explain what's going on and what we're doing about it, plainly.

Actually accessible

Mobile by design, so distance, mobility, or a packed schedule never gets in the way of care.

Meet the founder

Mason Rowley

Founder & Physiotherapist

Mason founded Stride Rehab to bring hands-on, goal-focused physiotherapy directly to clients across Southeast Queensland — without the barriers a traditional clinic can create. He works closely with clients, families, and referrers to build treatment plans that fit real life, not just a session on a calendar.

"Recovery shouldn't depend on how easily you can get to a clinic. If it's easier for us to come to you, that's what we should do."
